GMPartsClub makes returning parts and accessories easy, even when you order the wrong part or even when you just decide you don't need the part! Just as long as the part is in new condition and you contact us in a reasonable amount of time, that’s all we ask.

GMPartsClub.com guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product.

Refunds

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 90 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

  • Are in their original manufacturer packaging (shipping packaging can be opened)
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
  • Sealed packages are not opened
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • The item is not a hazardous material (HAZMAT)
  • Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
  • Are in original, unaltered condition (have not been installed, painted/sanded, or worked on in any way)

HOW THE RETURN PROCESS WORKS

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Shipping costs will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Items incorrectly shipped to GMPartsClub.com will not be returned. Items not purchased from GMPartsClub.com will not be accepted. If we accept a return with a purchase date of greater than 90 days from return date, a 20% restocking fee will apply. A restocking fee is necessary to help GMPartsClub.com maintain appropriate inventory levels and to keep the high demand products on the shelf for availability.

We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The only exception to this is HAZMAT (hazardous material) items. HAZMAT items are clearly labeled in our catalog. You will be alerted that an item is HAZMAT before you place your order. In all cases, the cost of shipping will be credited only if the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged shipment you must notify us within 10 business days, preferably by email with pictures of the damage. Freight shipments must be inspected for damage before signing for delivery; we will still need you to accept the shipment but must have the damage noted on the bill of lading.

Failure to note damage on freight shipments may result in a denial of a damage claim.

Labor

We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website.

Procedure for Returns

Before a return is shipped back to us, you must contact us and let us know. Returns must be shipped back with a copy of the order's original invoice. The best way to contact us is by filling out our easy return form. After you complete the return form, you will be taken to a page with return instructions. GMPartsClub.com is not responsible for any costs incurred for returning orders for any reason, unless a GMPartsClub.com representative provides a shipping label. $150 will be deducted from your refund for refused freight shipments.

We apologize, but we cannot accept returns of HAZMAT items for reasons of liability. HAZMAT items are clearly labeled in our catalog. You will be alerted that an item is HAZMAT before you place your order.

Core Returns

If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value, please submit your request through our Returns form. Please note:

  • All fluids must be drained from the core
  • The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
  • Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
  • Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
  • Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.
