We make returning GM parts and accessories easy, even when you order the wrong part or even when you just decide you don't need the part! Just as long as the part is in new condition and you contact us in a reasonable amount of time. 

We Gladly Allow Returns & Exchanges within 30 days

We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

  • Are in original manufacturer packaging (shipping packaging can be opened)
  • Are not used, installed, disassembled, and are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Do not have missing parts, hardware, or instructions
  • Are in original, unaltered condition (have not been installed, painted/sanded, or worked on in any way)
  • We do not offer returns on electrical parts or components

How the Returns & Exchange Process Works

  • 30 DAYS.  Contact us within 30 days of when you receive your GM parts or accessories.
  • RETURN #.  We will initiate a return case and will provide you with a return # to track.
  • RETURN - NO LONGER NEEDED.  If you no longer need the parts, please ship them to us at 2754 N Stemmons Fwy #2213, Dallas, TX 75207.  Indicate your Order # on the package/label.
  • RETURN - DAMAGED / EXCHANGE.  If we made a mistake, or if the parts are damaged or mislabeled (which must be pre-approved), we will send you a UPS return label.
  • REFUNDS.  There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns (except for our mistake).  A refund issued only after parts are received and inspected by our staff.

Your VIN is very important

  • We need your Vehicle Identification Number to guarantee that parts fit.  
  • If you do not provide a VIN within 24 hours of ordering we will complete your order as-is.
  • We only guarantee parts fit your vehicle if you give us the VIN.
  • If you do not provide the VIN, and parts do not fit, you can return them (except for electrical parts) with a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for shipping.

Contact us if you have a Damaged Product within 7 days

  • If you receive a damaged shipment you must notify us within 7 days, preferably by email.
  • Freight shipments must be inspected for damage before signing for delivery; please accept the shipment but note the damage on the bill of lading.
  • Failure to note any damage on freight shipments may result in a denial of a damage claim.

Many Parts have Core Returns

If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value, please submit your request through our Returns form. Please note:

  • All fluids must be drained from the core
  • The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
  • Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
  • Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
  • Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.

Freight Forwarding Services

  • Many international customers use freight forwarding companies, in which we ship your products to the freight forwarder, then they send to you.  
  • Please note that we consider the order completed when it arrives at your freight forwarding service.  
  • Any damage or incorrect parts not disclosed immediately are not available for a return or refund.

General Return Policy Points

  • Your return will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and you will be charged for the cost of shipping back to us if you decide that you don't want the parts.  
  • Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. 
  • All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. 
  • Shipping costs will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. 
  • C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Items incorrectly shipped to GMPartsClub.com will not be returned. Items not purchased from GMPartsClub.com will not be accepted.
  • If we accept a return with a purchase date of greater than 30 days from the return date, a 25% restocking fee will apply. 
  • A restocking fee is necessary to help GMPartsClub.com maintain appropriate inventory levels and to keep the high-demand products on the shelf for availability.
  • We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. 
  • HAZMAT items are an exception to these rules and they are clearly labeled in our catalog.  
  • In all cases, the cost of shipping will be credited only if the return is a result of our error.
  • We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website.
